My name is Usha Nathwani. I am a Registered Dietitian with many years' experience in acute and chronic diseases.  Over the years, I have taught my patients and clients to adopt practical and sensible eating habits to maintain a healthy weight.  Fad diets can temporarily help you to lose weight which will not be sustainable over a long run.
