I love juicing and my favourite one is with carrots, celery, apples and strawberries. I am not advocating 'juicing' over eating fresh vegetables and fruits which provide an excellent source of fiber together with vitamins and minerals.
There are two types of juicers - one which keeps the fiber in and another one which removes the fiber. I have both types of juicers and I use them intermittently.
Home made juices are concentrated in sugar and you have to drink in a smaller amount (suggest 125ml or 4 oz), especially if you have diabetes. Try out with vegetables and fruits of your choice.
